Estimates are estimates
Scores, hour figures, labor costs and savings shown on this site are illustrative calculations based on the answers you provide and a blended labor cost assumption. They are not a guarantee of results or savings.
The $499 audit
The Automation Opportunity Audit is a paid engagement covering a discovery session, review of up to three processes, an opportunity map and an implementation proposal. If you proceed to an implementation project with us, the $499 is credited toward that project.
Refunds
If we have not yet delivered the discovery session, the audit fee is refundable in full on request. Once the session and written deliverables have been provided, the fee is non-refundable.
Project scope
Implementation work is quoted per workflow. Scope, deliverables, assumptions and price are agreed in writing before work starts. Changes to scope are quoted separately.
System access
Where a workflow requires access to your systems, you grant the minimum permissions needed. You remain the owner of your accounts, data and credentials, and can revoke access at any time.
Liability
We build and test automations with care, but you remain responsible for reviewing outputs that affect money, contracts or customers. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement concerned.
