Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you complete the automation assessment or contact form we collect the details you enter: name, company, email, optional phone and website, and your answers about your workflows. We also record anonymous page and interaction events (no cookies, no advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking).
Why we collect it
To produce your assessment result, to reply to your enquiry, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who can see it
Only Black Tie Agency staff. Assessment and contact records are stored in an access-controlled database where read access requires an authenticated administrator account.
Payments
Card payments for the Automation Opportunity Audit are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
Transactional email (your assessment confirmation, replies to your enquiry) is sent through our email provider. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Retention and deletion
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve the relationship, and delete them on request. Email us and we will remove your record.
